Vehicle repairs can be managed very easily by the single screen system devised by Gravity Solutions. Up to four repairs per incident can be analysed, amended and progressed from Estimate Received stage through to recharges being made to customer and/or insurance organisation.
The 4 Sky Accident Management module allows ULR receipts and payments to be accepted and
made via 4 Sky, each creating a separate audit trail and narrative by which to view history on every incident.
Third Party Vehicle damage, Witness information and Property Damage can also be entered for
each incident providing access to all necessary data relating to a damage claim.
A suite of flexible reports also makes analysis of the 4 Sky system easy and less time-consuming than other methods. Bespoke reports are also easily catered for by Gravity Solutions subject to customer requirements.
