4Sky Accident Management Module :: 2
The 4 Sky Accident Management module includes a Diary Management facility for multi-user
sites where a team of Accident Management specialists are in place. Each user can be allocated their own selection of
stored Incidents and their work is then placed in the diary for them.
To ensure a consistent and user-friendly interface to Daily Hire and Accident Management, an Incident Wizard
was also implemented to allow the user direct and effective access into a new Accident Management Incident. It displays
only the information required from a customer or driver allowing the user to focus on the main detail of an incident claim.
Pricing for each customer can be based on a Pay-On-Use or Subscription Charge, and each of
these charges are entirely flexible as to invoice frequency, format and type (summary or individual invoicing). Additional
invoicing and remittance printing is also available for vehicle repair suppliers and ULR recovery costs for the customer.
